NewsDeck shows you how every major UK news outlet covers the same story — and uses AI to score the bias, emotional language, and completeness of each article.
Most people get their news from one or two sources. Those sources have editorial perspectives — sometimes subtle, sometimes not — that shape how stories are told, what facts are included, and what tone is used. NewsDeck doesn't claim to be neutral itself. Instead, it shows you the full landscape and lets you decide.
Every article is scored across four dimensions: political lean (left to right), emotional language (neutral to charged), story framing (negative to positive), and completeness (what key facts are present or missing). Crucially, we score each article using three different AI models — Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini — and average the results. This reduces the risk of any single model's training bias affecting the scores.
We pull live RSS feeds from BBC News, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Sky News, The Independent, GB News, Daily Mail, and Reuters. For farming news we also cover Farmers Weekly, Farming UK, Agriland, NFU Online, AHDB, and The Grocer. We are not affiliated with any of these outlets.
The UK Indicators dashboard shows live economic and market data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), Bank of England, Yahoo Finance, AHDB, and Met.no. Data refreshes every 5 minutes for markets and every 30 minutes for news feeds. Economic statistics update when ONS and BoE publish new data.
